This session was a HUGE milestone for me. It was my first session with my new lens, AND my first time to shoot in full manual. I’d been waiting for this lens to come in the mail for what seemed like an eternity, and it made it about 45 minutes before my session. I could have tackled the UPS man to get my hands on it!
This is Alexis, and she’s a senior at Calvin High School. We had a lot of fun at this shoot, and even though it was a bit too overcast for my liking, I’m loving the shots we got! It rained right before we started, and right after too, but held off in between. God knew how bad I wanted to use that lens!

I LOVE the ones on the staircase!!! What about the ones with my ring? Were they blurry? Thank you again! These are so amazing!!!
