When Hillary & Jeremy moved to Natchitoches earlier in the year, their first question was “where are the beignets?” After discovering that there were none in the area, they were inspired to open a gourmet coffee and beignet shop on Front Street in Natchitoches.

I spent the morning with Hillary & Jeremy, photographing their products and eating the most incredible beignets I’ve ever tasted. I am so excited for them, and I’m ecstatic that Natchitoches is going to have such a unique and perfectly fitting “Louisiana” attraction. Hillary and Jeremy are quirky, fun, and super talented. Bennett’s Beignets is going to flourish in a crazy way, and I can’t wait to see it happen.
