“Since before Jordan proposed, we knew that photography would be the one thing we would splurge on. We wanted to pick the best photographer to photograph this journey for us. Once we got back from Disney World, we (I) sat down and spent hours emailing photographers and stalking their Facebooks and blogs. Once I came across Rachel, I called Jordan and told him I found THE ONE. We originally had our wedding set for March 2015, when we decided to move it up to November, she was the first person we told to make sure she had the November date open. We’re SO happy we chose her. She has by far the most perfect personality for a photographer. She made us feel so comfortable and had us laughing the entire time, which is why there’s such a lack of “serious faces”. If you’re planning a wedding, having a baby, or just want to document this time in your life, we completely recommend Rachel Leigh Photography . Promise, you will not be disappointed. I absolutely can’t wait to have her photograph our wedding day! 3 weeks from tomorrow!” -Kelsi
A homemade pie bar. The groom’s dad officiating. A cross to say their vows at. Homemade gumbo and potato salad. It doesn’t get much more sweet and southern than this wedding. 🙂
Photographing Kelsi & Jordan over the past few months has been such a pleasure. They are such a sweet, special couple, and they always made me feel so confident in my work. I’m kind of sad that all of the festivities are over because I won’t see them as often! I hope you love the highlights of their wedding day. 🙂
